Veronika Rabinovich

Born in St. Petersburg Russia , Veronika came to Brooklyn with her parents, sister and grandparents. Veronika graduated School of Visual Arts in New York City. Veronika’s creative world is inspired by vivid memories of early childhood Russian fairytale records.

Her body of work is entitled “Renaissance of Strings” and is a performance of masked and fully costumed characters that combines musical instruments, animals and ancient cultures.

Veronika’s wearable art has been viewed for many years in both NYC and Miami Art Basel, Scope, Superfine, Pulse, Aqua, Art Miami, Context, Red Dot, Satellite and Spectrum. She has also participated in fashion shows and has done performances with organizations such as NYC Chashama.

Her work has been in books such as Hi-Fructose: New Contemporary Fashion and The Seeds of Creation.

Veronika’s love of art, fabric and fashion can be seen in her magical creations. Her goal is make the “Renaissance of Strings” come to life through visual narrative. The story would manifest itself through either film and/ or theater.
